helo skipper riders............juz now went to tear apart my bike liao..........so bearbug if u are reading this.........the front panel is taken out liao dun noe u can use onot..........

 

others i have taken n manage to take out is battery,ERP(some 1 say wan to buy from me but forget who liao),mirror

 

any1 wan the 2T cap,or the fuel cap???or any spart part u wan juz PM me

our dear xyoshiki ask this question please help him :D

1.When riding........find my back wheel like not going veri smooth leh.

2.And when i turn the trottle.....the bike like have problem changing the gear. Even my top speed dropped from 105 to 95 like that......

3.have problem with climbing slope also..........any idea what the cause of so many problems??????????

If i not wrong only newer skipper is 4T. What abt the usage of lousy 2t will it affect slope climbing ability and changing of auto gear?

 

2T wont affect much on the performance.

rollers are round,check for flat spots and belts for cracks and tear ;)

actually better 2t is good coz it has compounds inside that lubes and protect the piston.when i was riding skipper,i was usin fuch 2t.which i felt runs better.then wen budget become tigher,i use esso pace 2t(i also forget wat name liao),i could feel engine runnin rougher.but the choice is up to the rider lor.

POWER IS NOTHING WITHOUT CONTROL, I LEARNED IT THE HARD WAY.........

NEVER UNDER-ESTIMATE WHAT A SCOOTER CAN DO!!!!!!!!!!

okie.Like that any idea where to get belt and roller in the east side,i mean which shop to recommend to go to in the east side since i live in tampines(with address)???roughly abt how much total?and how long will it take?

soorrieee ya so many question........now only ride for roughly 1 month.

forget last question......u all service the skipper roughly how long???i mean like twice a month or???and anything else to look out for in riding a skipper?

Okay.. some answer for ur question..

 

I recommend the motortiam which is situated juz behind the Paya Lebar Post Office. U can get the add from the skipper topic..

 

Wat i normally do is to get the stuff from auto machinery located off mustafa centre... Then go down there to get the mechanic (Hendra) to install for me... Mayb becos i regular liaoz, so i can get cheaper workmanship.. Mayb if u quote my name(Daniel who is riding the blue skipper) can get cheaper price or prices which is not considered as chopping some vegetables...

 

Brought some of our SBF scooterer to service their bike there... The Mech is used to be from Piaggio.. So he know all abt scooter...

 

I only service my bike if i feel tat something is wrong, if not, juz regular topping up of 2T n Petrol is sufficient liaoz.... Dun need to go service twice every month.... Bery siong on the wallet...

If u wan to get original skipper mirror, can go to any scooter shop n ask if they got 2nd hand 1 anot.... But i saw some carbon fibre mirror on some skipper... Look chio,.. but dun know where to get it from...

 

Those kind of ahbeng mirror.....Short Short type 1...

 

N as for the brake fluid cap, dun bother to buy.. Cos they can be stolen easily... Juz fixed on mine n i lost it on the same night.. Damn... Btw, nothing will happen if the cap wasnt there 2...

i noe a shop sell skippy side mirrors, chrome 1.. the shop beside ah boy which do leather seats & helmet lining 1.. i got 2 pairs oredy..cos 1st pair right side kena stolen within 1 week after i fix onto it :cry: :cry: :cry:

i went back to buy & tel the uncle, den he say cos not mani sell tt, so ppl wan to steal lor... :cry: :cry: :cry: anyway my chrome mirror quite small & nice i like, cos the length is not longer den my handle bar, den can cut till song song in between cars, not like my last time tt mickey mouse side mirror, so big & irritating,cant kup.. :mad: i oso agree wif babychronic, i oni svc my skippy when nessacary. meanwhile jus take gd care of my bike... maybe once in awhile use kick start, don oways press start(for lazy ppl like mi)... :sweat: :sweat: :sweat:

Just got my skipper done at sunrise euro bike. got from them handle grip at 16 bucks, mirrors at 40 bucks, 2nd hand seat at 50 bucks.

 

is it ex for what i pay?What thing to comment is the service they provide is really veri good.highly impressed. :cheer:
