parking at double yellow line for 10 min kena fine

4yrs ago i also kena Zig Zag Yellow lines before... went to buy kfc for 10min then the stupid cisco guy come give me ticket. That cost me a big bomb for kfc. The best part is before that i got 1 offence for parking at pathment charge for 70bucks and i still in process to appeal then in the end i go down tp they check my record find out i got such case. Without thinking the stupid felmale officer tell me that this is not a charity so pay $$$ + points for ZZ lines, pathment 1st time no charge. Ride bike for so long this is my only offence.

Aiyo, its easier to get this kind of fines nowadays.... seems like their having more manpower in cisco now. I also tried
