OC fail, please enter setup to change OC fail setting

hi guys

anione know how to fix this error?

i am running a 2.8 dual core never overclock

i dun understand why it shows this msg?

i tried reset the cmos, but best part is this gigabyte board does not have a cmos jumper pin at all.

Did you change any setting in your computer's BIOS? Or did you install RAM memory recently.

 

If not, try this: Switch off your computer, unplug it, remove the cover to expose its insides.

Then, locate the clock battery and take it out. Wait about 5 minutes, then put the battery back into where it came from.

 

The battery should look like this:

This method should wipe out your BIOS settings, and return it back to its factory defaults.

yup i tried this method before but the problem will come back again some time. and i did not do anything to the pc before this error occured

most of the time no

enter bios setup

change the bios oc setting to disabled instead of auto.
