There's no official free parking. What I do is park outside Starbucks or if you're going to be there longer, park at Chip Bee Gardens (at the back of the shops in Taman Warna)

Just came back from Biopolis and confirmed it is 65cents by Cash Card. But I still haven't figure out which car park to park if I am going to Chromos. The place is like a maze! And the signs have bloody tiny fonts!
