by the way guys,now cisco has given power to summons all kind of traffic offence..coz i m one of them.from parking offences to moving offences.normally after we summon a vehicle,we will lodge a report to TP.so be careful,if u dont believe me,u can challange CISCO

Usually for this kinda offence very hard to appeal. cos the cisco personnel saw your bike and issued the ticket. So you know, seeing is believing?

Not so true, If u 1st time offence and good riding record plus a very good reason, there will still be high chance. They may c the bike but the bike may be breaking down. They nv noe.

they cant fine.. but they can catch and pass the offences to TP or HDB.. TP and HDB will issue the summon. cos i suay suay tio.. lol
