WTS: KTM Duke 690R May 2011. Freshly serviced, Fresh Tyres, New Insruments/Electrical

This bike has been used as a daily commuter with a mileage of 50,000km and it's probably one of the best daily commuters you're going to get out there. It's also the most powerful production single. ������

It's extremely cheap to maintain and insure, takes almost no petrol and is light and very maneuverable.

Definitely easier to lane split than 99% of other class 2 bikes and rides like a DRZ on steroids.

2 Adult owners so the bike has been well cared for, with no expense spared on maintenance.

 

The bike has recently been serviced, and a new wiring harness and speedometer was installed due to water ingression.

Unfortunately the mechanic heard wrongly and the odo is now reading 15,000 km. Will leave it to the new owner to decide whether to change or not.

Full major service records at the agent, but I do some minor things like oil changes elsewhere. Receipts provided.

 

Bike is very well cared for but of course showing it's age in places as it has been used.

 

Some sensible accessories installed such as Remus exhaust with cert, matching orange sliders, rizoma handlebar, acerbis handguards, koso voltmeter and gear indicator, cnc levers and shifter socks. This is the R version with 7 more hp over the standard duke 690, as well as the nice carbon bits. Probably the one you want.
