bro ninja..tink u gt the wrong idea of me..when i 1st time go there an make enquiry abt the bike,i did ask alot of ques..the fc,abt the engine,run in method and how long the nprocess coz im reali interest in the bike..and i bought it use for nearly a month n i must say i enjoy every moment with it..the boss there and the lady boss very friendly n entertaint me well...i have no prob wit them just with the mech..btw i did ask abt the "free service" n he say "yar..free..."..the 1st service i did ask the mech abt it but he say the eo must pay n he let me chose so i chose the good brand of course,coz i be paying right..human instint..but ni dun understand y he need to change the oil filter on the 1st service coz from wat i know its a new brand bike..i did ask n stand beside the mech if aniting wrong,wat to change but he cnt understand wat im saying n my conclusion is he is from china??and the boss is not at the shop that time..so im quite surprise abt the free service..i try to communicate with the mech for example wat fuel good,any tips and so on but its hard though coz i do the talking..so now i dont understand wat type of service is free..the workmanship??

 

Dun worry, I did not get wrong idea of you lar. Just wan to help u clear some of the miscommunication you may have with CKA.

 

I am quite sure you did not go to their main branch at Eunos for serciving. Maybe you should try over there.

 

And can u check your servicing booklet what they wrote for Free Service? Cos for me, free service meant free EO n filter. Filter must change everytime u change ur EO. It has nothing to do if ur bike is new or old.

 

But again, if you bought ur bike and they never specify it is free service with EO n filter... then I also cannot help you much liao.

bro ninja..wat i noe is i did ask for the free service tingy and they say have..i was charge 6$ for the oil filter leh..if i bought my bike at other outlet can service at eunos,the hq..??

 

I do not know what they wrote on your servicing booklet for Free Service package. But it is very funny if free servicing meant only free workmanship right?

 

I also din buy the bike from eunos lei... but I service my bike there cos their chief mechanic Roy is the most honest, experienced, and nice person I know of. Don't go over there lah... cos he is already too busy liao... hahahahahaha...

Hey guys.this is my free servicing.No EO NO filter.All are chargeable and included in a receipt which i can show you guys during the BBQ.I started having my first suspicion when i went for my 1st servicing.when I chose the OWS 3-1,checked my receipt thats how my 1st servicing came close to 100sgd.

 

Overall I'm happy with the service at Kaki Bukit,Roy is really friendly Ah ping the small mechanic are one of the friendliest,can talk **** wan but my chinese half past six. Anyways the only thing I'm upset about is the Eo and Ofilter.This raises many questions like whats your promo about free service for 1yr? 2yr warranty? Whats the benefits,coz my budget is really tight and all these little things add up,if i got for oil and filter change can also go elsewhere cheaper.. BUT I'm very high on customer loyalty thats why i always sell the bike everywhere i go.

 

And Ninja you said so yourself if free servicing only means free workmanship very funny right?? Ah this is what is happening to Aeykel and Me. Maybe the lao Jiaos who bought before dec got all this free benefits but we don't have so I very bitter hahaha Especially when I was in their showroom in dec and was never told about this package nor tire change option...I don't know whatelse I have missed out on.I'm very easy to satisfy but in this case dunno leh feel slightly cheated bcoz they never offer me.

 

So u both very sure, ur free service meant no EO & filter? Can confirm by checking on ur booklet? Or, did they verbally told u b4 u bought ur bike that free meant what?

 

If u have doubt, best is to bring this matter to the boss at HQ and clarify. Really, so far what I know abt free meant free $0.

 

If free workmanship nia then its a joke lor... wakaka... cos my company car, send for servicing to comfort they also charge by package, $88, $168 etc...

S$400+? So ex?. My friend only did the important areas (front nia) is not so ex.. like 1/2 the price.

 

That time I called RACEshield distributor to find the price for a friend's 08' busa, they say the price for different bikes all vary. The mentioned the higher the price, the more coverage you get. You can choose where you want to shield, save more money.

 

End up 2 of mote friens did their busa. One went for S$828 the full kit (I saw the coverage is damn impressive!), the other only the sai tao & its onyl a 1/4 of the full price!

 

Yeah touring confirm need. But my friend who only put the sai tao on his busa.... so zun, kanah 1 x big stone at tuas benoi area (shitty place) by some stupid truck...

 

 

If class 2 bike, confirm go for RACEshield full kits. Smaller cc one.. since it works maybe just pick the sai tao areas? More affordable also...

 

that time i tok **** to Lenny (the boss)... he ADVISED me not to install it on my rwr...

I seriously like the looks of it.

Not realli into speed and power.

As long as the fuel consumption

better then the bikes i used to ride.

(tzm and 125z), that is fine wit

me. Easy and cheap to maintain,

that's a bonus.

Can someone fill me in on the

details of the bike? Otr price, max. mileage/full tank, etc.

I staying in simei,

and will most probably go to kaki bukit

branch on monday morning.

hey der..been riding on this bike for almost a month..yup..this bikes heavy abt 162kg if im not wrong,very stable when cornering..full tank is approx 15L..its a 4 stroke bike,electronic fuel injection..for me just pass tp age 23 is 8500 but tink its the standard price..if wana get to know more guess u have to ask from bro ninjapura n nudgedoink or ndy coz they r the old birds...

You found your bike, because everything you mentioned is found in this bike, BUT all the those things you mentioned are the Pros only. These are the Cons.

 

1) Power good for High end not low end, that means pick up is not there.Personally tried a Honda CBR125R,pick up is fantastic but puny thing.If your clutch throttle control is good then dun see a problem here.

2) Replacement of parts is found exclusively from Choong Kok Agency.

3) Free Servicing,pls mention and indicate that you want EO and Ofilter included in the package.And ask for tire change coz Stock tires SUCK!!!!personally used them for 1mth living the real biker life of danger.Corner scared wet scared

4) Bike compartment is a chore to open,the main rider seat has to be removed then twist open and force open a cover to get to the underseat compartment. Then vise versa.

5) side mirrors abit ugly like antennae,very hard to replace with other brand mirrors.

6) Full Fairing is really FULL.No break up pieces.So if you scratch thats it,comes as a set.Good luck.

7) The Daelim engine is new,smoothness

8) Weight,If you're light then this bike might not be for you.Dropped my bike 3times couldn't save her when she tilted.The weight just brings her down.If you get a 119kg bike like R125/CBR125 confirm can save.

 

So thats all,CHOONG KOK SERVICE VERY GOOD
