erm means I send my bike to a dyno machine. this machine will break in my engine for me....its like running ure bike on a threadmill. i dont have to do running in on my engine

The dyno machine is solely for measuring the power and torque output of your bike. The "hard" break-in that you just described is very very bad for your engine. If you love bikes and intend to keep your Fazer, I'd recommend you take your time with it, and treat it with respect.

 

If you don't do your break-in properly, you'll reduce the overall life of the engine. The valve rings won't seat properly and the engine will start burning oil and then you have smoky exhausts and bad spark plugs.

 

So, if you haven't done the "hard break-in" yet, take your time and enjoy your bike. Don't kill it off by doing very high RPMs, in a very short span of time because it's convenient. Happy riding with your new Fazer! :thumb:

i couldnt agree more...but to each of his own..for my 06 FZ1 i do my own "soft" run in...slow and steady...and now after 3 years it's still serving me loyalty....Ride On fazer riders!!!

Both are equally ok. But i like H & B with fazer looks. saw 1 with GIVI side panniers @ unisim the other day..doesnt go with the aerodynamics im afraid.
