Nw really need info, wats ur worse FC u guys had??? Mine jz a bloody 160 till it blinks. Its even worse than my R6. Check thru everytin n cant seems to find anytin wrong.

Research on average is ard 240-260 den it blinks

Mine went into F-Trip between 270-290 km. And I rode my FZ6S quite spiritedly. If you are getting lower than 250 km you should really have your bike checked.

referring to your previous posts, u played with too much settings on your fz1 as well as it might be your bike problem or previous owner problem..

 

research is research.. it may not be the truth..

 

the truth of my fz1, normal riding it starts to blink around 200km, NSHW 150km.. worst i ever get, 140km, but i'm still happy.. haha..

Actually, e simplest way to detect e problem is to go back to stock standard i.e stock CO settings, filter, air box (if mod), no pc 3 or 5 or wateva, use stock pipe... Pump full tank then ride at regular 4k-5k rpm n monitor it from there...

Used to think that fz1s is e best bike for me bt after got to know e "quality" of it - burnt crank shaft due to screwed up con rod bearings - I gave up on her...

Guys, need any feedback from anyone who knows:

I have a Non-Street Legal end-can (Yoshimura). If I were to use it and go for Dyno-tuning and Mapping (after install a PC3/PC5), and after sometimes I decided to change back to stock pipe. Will it effects the tuning & mapping done before?

 

Appreciate any feedback.

if u keep everything but only change back to stock pipe, yes it will affect.. because there is a difference in the output between your yoshi & your stock.. the mappings are stored in your PC.. tuning wise, unless u specify..

 

if there's a need to change back to stock, try removing your PC, then u will go back to somewhere near to stock settings.. if there are things done to the input e.g air box mod etc, the difference should be minor..

U know I hv Yoshi pipe, been using it for touring only and each time has to change back to stock once back in Sillypore.

Was thinking of getting PC3 and dynotune and mapping with e Yoshi, but then if I change back to stock....the tuning & mapping would be wasted or even may hv bad effect when back to stock.

Now eyeing on legal pipe and just do dyno-tuning after that.

 

Anyone interested to buy Non-legal Yoshi pipe....ha...ha..

Yup....trully support on this. Its street legal for JPN R77. Better get the cert online n get it approved

The one I have is Tri-Oval TRC Stainless Steel from USA for track use, definitely not approved in Sillypore.

Hi, recently my 7 yrs old fazer 600 got this occasional problem, when the key turn to on, there is no fuel pump sound and the bike won't start. Must switch off and on several times then the fuel pumping sound will be there and can start. Is something about to spoil soon? :sian:

Could it be that the ignition switch is going to spoil? It sounds like the symptom I had. But mine didn't happen when the bike was stationary. Mine happened when I was moving and the bike's fuel pump sound just turn off. Then I had to wait a while and start the bike again. After a while, the same thing occurred again until the bike gave up on me.
