Any corner junkies can satiate my learning of handling my Fazer 6? I used to bring an R1 thus I missed doing deep corners. Any tips on what to change and etc? Thanks.

 

as always, have a good pair of tyres meant for tracking. remove your main stand. change your rear sets. have your suspension set correctly.

used to ride fz6 to track and I somehow miss it now.

price should be above $1k..

 

bitubo u can check with mezzo racing, ohlins u can check with sporting motors..

your pic looks familiar. looks like i am inside. lol. i personally feel it will be better to change to aftermarket suspension.. apart from bitubo and ohlins, i think hyperpro also have..

Hi all, I only have a single key to my bike when I collected it..went to conventional locksmith to fabricate a spare but it's useless cannot start the bike..understand dat the master key has some sort of coded chip inside it..

 

Where & how much it cost roughly to fabricate a key dat works ?

Go to the locksmith beside Regina. They can clone your key and make duplicates. Cost 60 bucks. Had a similar situation as u but this settled it.

I think I would go to shop to do..yah varian I also don't have the wat red key..bikeshop said 'try' to find for me but I don't harbour great hopes..

By right, I say by right, the bike shop should have and should be keeping the master key-aka-the "red" key with them, until the buyer/owner of the bike finished paying all his/her instalments before the bike shop will release the "red" key to the rider.

 

I guess both your cases are the "by left" case.

@varian: Did you clone your key besides the small locksmith shop just beside/behind Regina? I know I can do it at HL @ Ubi, but very troublesome. Got to ride there to buy the original Yamaha key, got to go cut it and go back to HL to get it clone by HL at a fee. The locksmith shop besides/behind Regina has the original Yamaha key with the chip? The $60 includes, the key, the cutting and the cloning??

yamaha key for R1,R6,fazer 1,fazer 6,fazer 8,all model with chip or without chip

Was riding my FZ1 in the night time cruising on the highway@ 100km/h. Realise tat my bike temp was at 98degreeC. Which i think is pretty high given the ambient temp is around 29degreeC (after rain). Im suspecting that my coolant system is not doing its job. Any good shop to recommend for me to do a check on this?? Im staying at the east.
