Hi all..fw8686 125z for sale...only one owner..flawless blue & white new paint work. new racing foot rest. 2month new sportec tyres (most expensive brand).no modification. everything stock. plate number so beautiful..

all i can say its a so wonderful bike for such a low price. nothing is fake from the above mention but really no pics. view to believe. call for viewing. thanks.

Wah it's crazy but I did some research.

 

The bulb always burn out because when it is still cold, then when starting bike, the sudden surge of electricity can burn out the bulb at the filament's thinnest point.

 

This is because filament got lower electrical resistance when cold, so the electricity suddenly shoot through, suddenly heat up very fast and uneven. Then can break.

 

It is worse for those already riding on the road at lets say 6000rpm.

Then you decide to switch on your light. By doing so, the electrical current is much more stronger than during engine idle speed, and the sudden rush may burn out a weaker bulb. I realised most of my bulbs die off this way.

 

 

 

Some remedy is to put a bulb with thicker filament (typically those 35W bulbs) so wun burn/break as easily as the thinner 25W ones.

 

Another way is to introduce a soft starter (NTC thermistor) before the bulb. Very small only. This fella got high electrical resistance at first, and only allows more electricity to pass when it gets heated up. So the bulb gradually powers up evenly.

 

But my electrical calculations quite sucks. So maybe if my 32W one burn out, then I go figure out how... haha. Scared the reflector melt if too hot.

35w white light definetly no way relector melt but if its a 32 or 35w yellow light bulb shd be okay lah...

i'm using shell ultra fully syn (changed in m'sia RM20+)

great oil smooth gear change no experience of clutch/gear slip

Yo guys, my 125z emits a lot of white smoke.. How can i reduce the smoke?

My mechanic reduce the 2t intake oready but still smoky, he said cannot reduce anymore coz piston will jam. I tried using esso gold and motul 600 2t but it only reduces the smoke by a bit... Does this mean tat it is time to overhaul?

u using 2t pump?maybe ur 2t pump got problem,try doing premox and c how first b4 u go for overhaul.:cheeky:

Guess what, the smoke is really normal. Confirm will have smoke wan.

Once the bike warm up, quite alot better already. :smile:

common ratio is 1:28 -1:30

 

meaning one liter of petrol mix with 28 ml of Full Syn 2T.

 

This is some of my premix ratio.

normal use i use 1 litre of petrol to 20ml of 2t

hard use slightly more 25ml to 30ml.:thumb:

but best to use with fully sys 2t for premix:thumb:
