Problem entering malaysian...nd help urgently!!!

just wanna share my experience..

 

frequent went to jb without any probs. my mistake i dun check my passport see they chop onot. 1 miserable night.. didnt notice my passport wasnt chop went entering. i was in hurry. jus pass my passport to the officer. i was stunned for a while the officer told in rude tone in malay.. so kan chiong for wat. take out your helmet laa so u can hear me talking..bodoh. i was like.. ok nvm. this is your country.

 

the most fcking part..

when i wanted to exit jb..this time i smile all the way show my very kindness to them..same thing as the 1st officer.. in malay shouting this time.. why i dun see ur chop? u think we malaysia stupid iszit? follow me to office..

i did followed to office. he ask me wait outside. i waited so long.. i light my ciggy.. then another higher rank officer came out. u think this is your father place?! u singaporean can treat our malaysians like dog.. so we also can treat u(as in me) more worst. i was like wtf.. u didnt tell me the prob.. i get irritated talked back to them. then they say we sgporean no manner laa...wat ever shyt.

the officer hit me. i almost burst my anger to hit back. lucky i was hungry no strength.. lol. told this story to my fren he said can report to sg police under self violence but i dun think can do much.

 

guess wat. i was lock up 1 night. knncb. they say need to wait office open next morning whereas i was outside the office.. saw them chit chating munching junk foods.. next morning i waited till 5pm. was sent to another head office. i dun call that office.. i call that place entertainment lounge. imagine inside office u see officers smokin.. sleepin... eatin..and so on. they so relax..

 

btwn that morning till 5pm an old officer look after me. got 1 time he fell asleep. i was so restless i dare myself look up a pile of files..kind of writing statement documents.. i saw MOSTLY SINGAPOREANS SAME SITUATION AS ME. then i got the idea that they purposely dun wan to chop.. catch us.

 

after those incident... i need to settle compound of 300rm. not only that. 150rm for exit pass. 50rm for admin fees. AND I ONLY GET RECEIPT of 50rm. when i ask for other receipt.. they mention they dun issue for summons...on top of that.. they blacklist my name. fcuk. i miss cheap ciggys and petrol. haizz.

 

so wat i think of malaysian goverment... they suck.

just to share, i had this experience once before, my passport was wet, i was to enter the 1st link when the customs lady told me to go to the office, but they didn't banned me from entering. she just told me to get a new passport. chop on the old passport a remarks column n write there saying passport need to be changed.

 

anyway i heard sometime back KL is no longer going to be the capital city in malaysia, it seem the gov said its too crowded.

hope it will change somewhere nearer home

The way they treated you is wrong & corrupt, but honestly bro, you dug your own hole when you were negligent with your passport. The consequences could be much worse if it was another country, & you might not be able to buy you way out of it.

I realli pity yr experience wif malaysia. They blacklist u but can u still enter malaysia or issit everytime u go malaysia must go office to get passport chopped?

Interesting question, tink singapore custom sld tekan malaysian by not chopping their passport too, then lock them up & make them pay.

I won't starve in Malaysia, but survival in Singapore without an income is near damn impossible.

And yes, the passport is an important travel document.

the fact is that customs officer in any country can deny a person entry for having a damaged travel document.

 

as for the stamping of passport, well, we all just have to do our due diligence, and dun give them any (obvious) excuse to find fault with us...!

I am having a problem quite similar to you. i lost my passsport at northsouth highway. after which i went pass the malaysia custom without reporting to them. as i thought that its ok to report in Sg side, i did report tuas checkpoint, but the ICA officer told me i might have problem going in next time(which i am very worry of).So i went to report lost of passsport at a poilce station and got a report.Than to ICA HQ to make a new passsport. The ICA officer at HQ advise me to call the malaysia Embassy.And i did, the lady over the phone said its best for me to Email the Malaysia Immigration HQ. i email Malaysia immigration with All the document(the report from ICA and local police) i have. i got a reply saying its a offence to leave the custom without clearance, and will reffer my email to the the officer. the next day i got a reply from them. Saying i just have to go down to 2nd link malaysia side custom and explain my situation to the officer. I haven to down malaysia side yet ask my new passport is not really.

That is an unnecessary hole you have dug for yourself. It would have been way easier to make a Malaysian police report before returning to Singapore, bro....

 

Don't try messing with immigration & customs in any other country, in fact, you shouldn't mess with the Malaysian immigration as well, just that sometimes you get away with it due to the lackadaisical attitude.

Btw my current situation is that sumtimes i will have to go the malaysia custom office to get my passport chopped, sumtimes they jz let mi go the normal route. But sure the custom officer will ask wat happen in the past. So troublesome...hai
