Not only is NBW an exciting weekend event for all motorcyclists from all walks of life, it is a lifestyle festival targeted at bikers and their families! That's right bring down your loved ones and while you immerse yourself in motorcycling culture, there will be lifestyle booths and fun-filled activities for all visitors and kids to the Singapore Flyer such as spa treatments, ladies and men's fashion sales and supervised children rides on mini-motorcycles. We aim to make sure that not only will you enjoy yourself as a biker, but your family will too!

 

With that in our agenda be prepared to have some fun with the very best in eye-popping new 2009 motorcycles on display and heart-stopping, adrenaline pumping stunt action by international and local motorcycle superstars. We are in the process of inviting Singapore's most popular international-ranked stunt rider Ryan S back from his continued exploits in American and it promises to be a reunion of immense sentimental value to all bikers.

 

With Motor Culture Asia and Singapore Bikes Forum in full support of this event, genuinely expect the very top motorcycle brands and rider merchandise to be present at this iconic National Bikers Weekend. The new Yamaha VMax and Aprilla Mana are just some of the never-before-seen motorcycles that will be unveiled at NBW.

Oliver Ronzheimer (O.R). ranks among the most well-known and best motorcycle artists in the world. A student of sport journalism and as well as a passionate golfer and skier.

Oliver has been riding motorbikes since the age of 8. His roots are in motorcycle trial and soon he became well-known as one of the best in Germany. In 1992 Oliver turned into a professional stunt & fun rider and is now one of the best Europe's elite has ever seen.

What makes him and his team so popular is his friendly style with spectators and his sense of humor interacting with them.

 

The perfect motorcycle artist with many years of training, hard work and a natural talent has sharpened his ability to act quickly and precisely in extreme situations. Since 2002 Oliver has been employed as show and stunt rider in the services of KTM Sport motorcycle AG in Germany.

 

The O.R. team also has many other successful contracts with other organizations over the course of years. People know that they can rely on the friendly rider from Cologne.

Event Advisory

 

1. National Motorcycle Convoy (29 Nov 08).

 

a. Participants are reminded to submit your Registration and Indemnity form as stipulated by the Organiser by the 17 November 2008.

 

b. Participants are to be punctual and the convoy will move off sharply at the stated move off timing.

 

c. National Motorcycle Convoy participants are to follow the instructions of the Organiser and Officials. Your co-operation is much appreciated.

 

d. Upon reaching the Singapore Flyer, participants are to move into the parking area orderly and swiftly. Marshals will be deployed to guide the convoy parking.

 

e. After parking, participants are to adjorn immediately over to the Greek Theatre for the Welcome Ceremony by the Guest-Of-Honor (GOH).

 

f. The collection of the NBW Goodie Bag will be at the Organiser Booth after the Welcome Ceremony.

2. Parking Area.

 

The parking area will be open to bikers less the b/m stated timing restriction. Parking will be first-come-first-park, subjected to availability.

28 Nov 08 - No restriction, subject to availability.

 

29 Nov 08 - Parking area will be closed and reserved for the National Motorcycle Convoy participants. The parking area will ONLY be open up after the convoy arrival, subject to availability.
