very interesting....you are advertising your service of a plan that is much needed by motorcyclist without revealing the source of that plan.

which means, the whoever might be interested to protect them more, must go thru you.

I might as go to a broker.

I have a short and sweet accident insurance.

$14.50 a month.

3 covers:

it covers $100,000 for death

it covers $100 per day for stay in hospital caused by accidents

it pays me $100 upon leaving hospital.

premium wont increase as age increases. is this good deal? It covers nothing except accidents. even permanent damage to fingers or whatever, it is not covered unless hospitalized.

No more regrets.

this plan has got nothing to do with medical bills :(

just short and straight forward. cover hospital stay, $100 per day. upon recovery $100, death $100k. tats all. i guess its not considered good heh!

No more regrets.

yes because medical feels for broken bones are very very expensive. However, if you are an employee, ur employer would have bought medical insurance for you.

i actually have other policies that cover the rest. i took this up mainly becoz its cheap and also good pay out. so its like an extra for me to claim should i meet with an accident.

of course i hope i dun meet any!

No more regrets.

Usually personal accident plans cover the insured for injury or death due to accident only. In my view, I wouldn't buy PA insurance.

Most people can get better value for money with other types of plans which provide more comprehensive cover - whether to protect against medical costs, loss of future earnings or income replacement for dependents.

Nothing beats the SAF Group Insurance, and FT's don't get it.

This is indeed a value-for-money plan that's hard to beat. I would say only SAFRA member plans and AA member plans could currently give equivalent life cover for the same dollars paid.

However, its main cover is for death, and you could add major illness cover. That leaves a few other things to take care of, but it certainly is very useful for most people seeking income replacement for dependents.

You can buy PA plans virtually anywhere, even by phone. They are very common and insurers love them because they make more from this kind of product as opposed to motor or health insurance. You can choose to pay monthly or yearly for most. Just make sure your PA plan doesn't exclude motorcycling (most don't).

This isn't very good. Double check to make sure that the death benefit payout will be given whether or not death is due to accidents. Accident Insurance usually will only payout death benefits if it is due to accidents.

I know personally of one accident plan which covers for accidental death and dismemberment. It also gives weekly income if the mc taken is due to an accident and also medical reimbursements as long as once again, the bills are due to accidents.
