I believe that when you book your very first lesson it is your 2B Lesson 1. But you come an hour earlier to go through the orientation. Subsequent bookings you just need to arrive at the appropriate session timings.

no..you can book at as many times as you want i believe...

 

but you can cancel 18 times only..after that there'll be a charge of $5.00..

 

so i recommend you to book 2 lessons for a prac..

if you fail, you at least have booked the second prac alr so no need wait long..

if you pass, you can cancel the second lesson and book the new prac...

Anyone can offer some concrete advice on the bumpy course? I had my first attempt today and I totally had no idea of what to do. The instructor just gave verbal instructions but wasn't very comphrehensive.

 

Like how much should I stand and the recommended way to regulate the speed?

u can double, triple, even quadruple book. don't believe go and try. after u confirm 1 booking, u can go on and book as many as you like, for whatever timeslot so long as it's available.

u are right abt tp; think u got confused between the two la .. cdc's policy on tp is that if u cancel, u won't get any refunds .. slot also won't be made available .. this is to prevent the practice of buying/selling test dates.

 

i think u shd book more lesson 1s .. takes some time to pass unless u've had prior riding experience. there's alot to do in lesson 1:

 

(1) learning to move off ala banging into tyres (half-clutch b*****)

(2) changing gears 1-3, 3-1 & stopping (around the oval in the parking zone)

(3) changing gears 1-5, 5-1 & stopping (around the circuit)

(4) ??? i don't remember if there's more. have some vague memory about some kerbless figure-of-8 in the oval in the parking zone.

 

i took 4 lessons, but i'm retarded, so u will probably need less.

The cancellation counts are given for such purpose. Make good use! Try to avoid using up all and have none left towards the end.

to make sure you don't have to waste $ and retake the same lessons, your bookings should be at least 48hours apart. if you have passed that lesson, after it ends, go chiong and cancel, otherwise wait for your next lesson.

if class 3 can only book 1 prac at a time, like class2b, i think the driving center rich lor . ahha and may also lessen the number of c0ck drivers on the road.
