What's an APEL?

My bf and I were passing through Ubi area when we saw this accident consisting of a car and fellow rider:

 

We didn't actually witness the whole accident but I figured that the accident happened just minutes before we were passing through. Freaky thing was that this morning, I was at the same junction learning how to do my u-turn for prac 7.

 

Fortunately the victim is alive, just that he has some fractures (I think)

 

may be some fracture may be not.. anyway, luckily the impact not too severe else he will fly already.. and won't be at spot where we saw it in the picture..

I'm going for my class 2 tonight.. hehe... today lesson got slope, narrow plank and slalom..

 

If i not mistaken, below should be the steps right? (correct me if i'm wrong bcos I may omit something)

 

plank - use first gear all the way from start to finish,

slalom - use first gear at the line, then kick to 2nd gear to do slalom, check right b4 making exit..

 

slope - move to the line with first gear, then turn signal light toward centre and move up the slope using first gear, and down slope... "change to left signal" if needed then make left turn..

aiyo.. i said in earlier post. take ur theory lessons early and settle ur RTT . so u can go ahead prac 5 if you can .

today went for revision .. i feel so unsure or not stable.. for crank and plank .. crank always messed up becus chagne to gear 2 .. cos must close throttle and open .. den always unstable .. plank .. sometimes sway sway drop .. tmr pract 5 le. ..

Must have faith in yourself and go through the circuit in your head prior to the lesson.

what I did for my prac 5 was that I booked CR before prac 5. But that's if you can take it physically cos under the hot sun and all that perspiration, it can make you more tired.

ya learning class 2. their class 2 bike darm "chui".. feel like anytime it will dismantle.. and the instructor told us, these bike got "no brake" so dun brake too hard.. (i heard liao.. so jialat.. CDC so big, no $$ to change brake pad??)
