What is the market selling price for a RVF FQ, COE till 2009 Jan? Totally stock, original paint but outlook condition 7/10. Engine condition 9/10.

 

i thinking of selling mine due to financial reason. If not for financial, i would like to keep my precious RVF. I looking around 5k cash, it is possible? I still have 280 x 12 months installments. I can cash out the bike anytime but primarily wanting to test out the market 1st.

 

I totally unwilling to part with my RVF.

 

My real intention was to check whether my price is reasonable or not. I have a few ways for ppl to save $$$ to buy my bike.

 

1) Price negotiable (-/+ $5k nett) excluding additional charge for insurance at age 29

- will transfer my insurance (till 16 Nov 2008) to new owner, new owner just have to pay the additional new premium

- Transfer fee at LTA, cheap cheap I will cover

 

2) COI at 280 per month (12 month) plus 1.6K cash (Negotiable) to me and adding name of new owner to my insurance as additional rider

- New owner to top up additional premium insurance charges

- Written agreement by me to transfer vehicle at end of COI and transfer at LTA charges borne by me in Aug 2009

 

Option 1) at $5K nett or option 2) 1.6K plus coi 280 per month x 12 are both negotiable.

 

In this either way, we will save money on additional insurance reloan interest. I bought the bike at 7K, down 1K and loan 6K from Aug 2007. Interest 6% per year for 2 years is at 12%

 

6k + 12% ($720) = 6720 at 24 months = $280 per month

 

So what do you all think? reasonable or not?

i got 1 fren buying rvf... but he going shop buy cos he no $$ .. unless u got method to COI + transfer of name.
