Honda RVF400 Riders

The ****ed up thing abt HKL is they wun tell mi the breakdown of the cost. Not even the machine price. They will only tell mi the price on-road. Which is 8.8k inclusive of everything : insurance, transfer, bla bla bla. But after the interest cos of installment, its $10,024.

I never test-rided cos its still another month b4 i go for my 2A. So by that time it may have been sold already.

But i liked the fact that they were giving me in the package a new yoshi exhaust 1st-hand. They've said they will even show me the packaging and everything.

 

But i agree with u guys, i wan to noe the breakdown myself too, cos if the insurance is too expensive i might as well go do it myself. My fren looking at a R1 there is oso complaining why wun they let us know abt the breakdown.

 

U guys got ur RVFs for 8k or jus 8k plus. Where did u guys get such good deals? I've even heard of 2 riders outside who bought their RVFs at 5k plus. I mean, no matter how old the plate is, 5k is cheap as hell man. I walked around the entire queensway and every1 who's selling RVF is selling at around the same price.

 

But only HKL is giving the yoshi exhaust.

heY any bro out there know wiring stuff ? my headlight the right side now suddenly not so bright.and when i press "passing" e right bulb no light . but when i press highbeam the right bulb got light(But ITS not even brighter den normal beam) . i believe is wiring problem as i few days ago still okay one. any brO can help me fix or recommend shop good at wiring which is cheap also ?

there are many reasons for ur bulb to be like this... not 100% ur wiring.. check it out at a shop

there are many reasons for ur bulb to be like this... not 100% ur wiring.. check it out at a shop

 

oh.. cos passing = highbeam lowbeam . but when i press and hold the passing button my right side no light . when i press e highbeam buttton got but light veri dull.

Headlight bulbs have 2 filaments, one lights up according to "normal beam" specifications, the other lights up "high beam"

EDIT: I have a dim-light problem. Try opening the waterproof cap of the affected headlight, plug out and reseat (put back) the cable. See if it works

When a person wants to change the headlight bulb (via the rear of the saitao), there's this rubber cap that's covering the bulb and the wires.

 

That's the one I'm referring to. Disconnect the cable (yes, it can be pulled out one), then connect back the cable properly.

Take care not to have the ignition on during this process, don't want any electric shock or short circuit, yeah?

Yup. When I wiggled that plug securely back into place, my normal-beam light became bright. Not so sure about yours though, but hope it works
