I did alot of varying revs in lower gears, strong engine breaking and making sure i dont maintain a constant speed, all this during the 1st 32km.

 

After which i change to mineral EO and did almost the identical method..Ride normally thereafter and change to Amsoil @ 3k Click..

 

The 1st oil change..Can see lots of metal flakes floating around..

I do heard otherwise..From a few mechanics..Nt those HKL kind thou..

 

From what i read too, the metal flakes is there becos of the uneveniness during the CNC of the parts so when you do see the flakes, it goes to show that the excess **** has come off..

 

But very up to individual thou..

I change my EO after 50 click and all e wat use mineral oil changing at 200,500,1000 and follow by semi syn till 3k den use full syn motorex

And 1 thing to note, the oil filter will only catch those bigger pieces of particles..So the small one will just go circulating around in the engine..
