but do tp or rov go into school compounds like polytechnic or uni?

Practical Test Checklist:

√ Sudden and late braking

√ Faulty signal lights

√ Superb use of horn

√ Assume road belongs to father

√ Never at fault no matter what happens

√ Tailgating confidence

Result: YES! You qualify to become a Singapore car driver!

I don't think you should worry about TP or ROV. Your biggest concern should be your safety and that of your pillion. Even at low speed, a fall off your bike could crack your skull. Is the slight hassle worth it?

don't just think of the points or money, think of safety. in a school, there will also be newbie drivers who floor the gas thinking its a school and nothing to worry about or maybe in a rush to class. I've encountered my fair share of these people.

Sometimes just hear the Vtec or turbo activated, i wonder what's the point.

If it is in school, and downhill all the way, and

never switch on engine, and never wear helmet,

may be it is not an offence leh.

Cos riding motor bike without motor is same as riding

bicycle wat, and riding bicycle it is not required by law

to wear helmet. :)

You think so? OK try in when there's a TP around and see what can happen. Then update us.......

Many people do before. When I stay in hall, I walk everywhere. Local uni is quite small to me (as compared to Universiti Malaya.. damn.. from some hall to academic block can run 2.4.) I've pillion my fren without helmet in school before. I was having dinner with my fren and I wanted to go home. He was too lazy to walk and I sent him from the mcdonald canteen to hall 1. That was the slowest ride I ever did coz I was

1. afraid of his safety.

2. afraid of being caught.

seriously, i won't do it again. Even though police patrol arnd the area occassionaly at night, it's still risky as students are walking all over the place, especially at night.

Anyway, let's say u're doing some adjustments or bringing the bike under the void deck to do washing and you ride without helmet. Still kena? if boh bian push lor.. how about off engine downslope?

That is only possible if the engine is no longer attached to the motorcycle. Then its considered a bicycle and TP will not summon you.
