Went to the auntie shop at Jalan Besar/Lavender Street earlier to install the Acerbis handle guard.. $88 for the guard & brackets.. They have another sleeker one which is going above $100..

 

I'm using a Pro-Taper handle bar so no probs.. The Pro-Tapers are going between $150 to $190 there.. Got mine from the previous owner for free though..

Will post the pic after work today.. Hang on in there.. I've also installed a customized shrouder for my S4.. Quite pleased with the workmanship of the Ah Beng at the Auntie shop.. Haha... Thanks beng..

I'm not sure if you need to change the handlebar to accommodate the handguard.. Mine comes already with the Pro-Taper one so it fits just nicely..

This guard small , will be able to fit normal handle bar or stock handle bar .

But not sure about the rally pro ...

Can fix on original handbar ? 90+ not cheap manz..

I merely drilled the holes into the handguard cos the guards I bought didn't have the holes there too.

but the screw on the bike isn't long enuff to attach the bottom of the handguard.

So I used cable tie at the bottom to attach firmly..

paiseh.. I didn't take a good photo of that improvisation...

tot its just fixed for my own comfort so that those piercing raindrops dun hit my fingers..
