DIY s4 tail conversion

heyloww everybody....... i was thinking of converting the super 4 tail to maybe an r6 tail or any split seat tail..... anyone ever encountered this? wats the difficulty rating? n how much willl it roughly cost..... actually how much is d r6 tail together with light??? any comments?

U getting a moulded R6 tail or OEM R6 tail ? Moulded quite expensive...OEM MORE expensive....I tink....

depends on wad type of finish u want. There was a fellow forumer, FV plate spec2 who used only cable tie to secure it. it looked rather gd too

expensive project sia.. lols.. alot of brackets needed cos the mounting totally out.. unless u wanna re-mould the holes n then re-drill the fitting hole n oso not forgetting u nid 2 trim some part off ur subframe in order to fit

hmmmmmmm............ not much of a DIY project i see...... cable tie i wont mind... just as long as i dun have to 'touch' the sub frame... pics anyone?

search under the s4 forum for spec3 conversion, theres quite a number of pages and pics there. shinhwa's bike, mine and a few others are there.
