Dude I took all my licenses at SSDC. If I do not know where it is something is wrong with me lol. We can meet near there but I am already coming from CTE which is why I asked. Which part do you want to meet at, the stadium's parking lot?

 

Sabbaha will probably check here when he has the time. He will have to consider if he is working on Friday though.

Was travelling along Thomson to work at about 5.30am & it was raining cats & dogs.. About 200m before reaching Balestier road, a X9 skidded in front of me.. The bike was spinning in circles & the fairing & side mirrors are all smashed.. Biker was okay..

 

Thank goodness a car travelling behind saw & avoided.. Otherwise, it'll be a big misfortune..

 

Any bikers that are travelling along Thomson, do beware of the potholes on the road, especially the 200m stretch before reaching the ERP gantry (after that you will reach Balestier Road junction).

Oi oi, suddenly I get arrowed to lead all to the dam. Not to mention I suppose we are going by the Seletar airport route which I am unfamiliar with, so unless you guys tell me how to get there from Jalan Kayu I am not leading. Though I suppose if I lead I will be bright enough to tell everyone down to the last bike at the back where the hell I am haha.

 

I do not mind staying at Zsa Zsa (pronunciation is weird, sounds like Cha Cha) for a bit, fine with anything actually.

Er Xixy, I will rather switch them on when I am sure I will not get caught. Mine are, the least to say, TP-bait from a mile away.

 

We can probably go by your route, I am fine with anything. Cruising around is fine by me too. Whichever is faster would be better though.

 

We can do whatever we want at the dam especially since we are most likely going by the Seletar airport route. The other way in is full of TP traps.

Firtly, let me provide some simple directions from YCK MRT to Jalan Kayu/Sza Sza Satay Club:

 

Start Destination:

MRT: Yio Chu Kang (NS15)

 

1) From Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6 travel for 0.82km and then turn right to Yio Chu Kang

Road towards East.

2) On Yio Chu Kang Road, travel further for 3.25km, then take Slip Road to Jalan Kayu towards North.

3) Sza Sza Satay Club is about 100m after the Esso petrol kiosk on the left.

 

Sza Sza has a little hut outside with a satay BBQ pit.. Quite easy to spot..

Wen: Ah. Must put more clearly next time lol. And yes, now that Xixy has provided the exact location of Zsa Zsa, I can get there on my own, as well as lead you guys to the dam. I need to get to know that second route myself, because it is a better way in. Drinks sound good, but we might want to take away each of our own drinks or something.

 

Xixy: No need to meet up at YCK stadium anymore, since you kindly provided the exact location of Zsa Zsa. I will meet you there but what about parking? And they are not secrets to be unlocked haha, just stuff that is a display of what I did to my bike cosmetically. In truth though, they should also be used as safety measures in the right places. I believe less in the latter than in displaying, but I do use them for such a purpose, which I feel is more important than looks.

Wen_gege, I believe bro xixy bike should be very prominent and eye-catching. Think I'll be keeping an eye for his bike as a "marking" for parking.

 

By the way, for those who know the place, over there got parking lots or are we gonna do illegal parkings? If got carpark then is it easily identifiable?
