If i get caught by QX, but i told him my lic and insurance at home.

 

Wad will be my penalty?

Firstly, you are crazy riding bike without license. Some more you lied to police (but that is a do or die situation). But since the police said that he's giving you a chance, then you better pray that he meant what he said. But please lah, stop riding until you get your license. And you better pray some more that the police is not reading this...... Good luck bro...

den he took down my particular + my plate number.

Den he said he wan to summon mi for nt putting P plate at de front and racing katar.

But den he sae give chance for de p plate and racing katar.

After tat he let mi off..

 

Wad does tat mean? it is i have to wait for any letter?

Worst case Scenario

 

He went back to check and found out and he will passed e info to TP depart and u get charged.

 

The offender will be charged for driving without a valid driving licence and may be fined up to $1,000 or jailed up to 3 months for the first conviction. He will also be charged for driving without valid insurance coverage and can be fined up to $1,000 or jailed up to 3 months, or both. He will also be disqualified from driving for at least 12 months.

 

Best case scenario

 

He did not check and u are one very lucky guy!!!

You said laid up bike... i believe this isnt the first time you ride out... i heard that laid up bike cannot leave its bike lot, dunno true anot. If the person come check, u also kenna....

 

Laid up means no road tax right? Since there isnt a need to buy, u better pray that previous owner got left over road tax for you. If not the police will know u have no road tax and thus no insurance and it will lead to you have no license.

 

Your no Pplate thingy, first time is warning. 2nd time fine. 3rd time kantong if im not wrong.

He already told you that he'd give you a chance. So stop losing sleep over this. And don't ride without a license for goodness's sake. Take your TP test and treat this as a lesson learnt.

Riding without license, is as good as forgetting about your TP is that QX officer finds out you're riding without license... I thought I was impatient.. There're so many more who is more than just impatient... Why buy bike before passing your TP only to tempt you to ride without license and say BYE BYE to your license? WHY?

 

Riding without insurance with license is already an offence and if found guilty, your license will be revoked... Riding without license.. I dunno, maybe ban you from taking lessons for a few years.. I shall ask around if i remember... But I bet it ain't gonna be good news...

BESTEST!!! No lic + riding laid up bike. Totally irresponsible. Give bikers bad name nia...

In case you don't know, driving license number is the same as IC. Want to check is piece of cake. I hope the QX check up ur details and you can kiss your TP good bye. Prepare a huge sum of money too for the upcoming court case and fine. No moolah can go squat in jail.

yea. it my mistake.

i dun ride it frequently. i ride it just 3 times. de 3rd times den get caught.

cos when hornyver sold mi de bike. it petrol is less den 1/2.

and it was so suay..
