anyidea where can i get this extra lighting as seen on the pic beside the radiator, for my s4?

Is it possible to connect it together with our S4 high beam?

 

If dont cover it while not in use, is it illegal ?

From what I can see, If you cover or don't cover still illegal. Unless you can hide the unit from the authorities. There is intention to use it.

 

My advice is maybe to do the unit which is modular. Take out with easy when not in use. Safer that way. Example is maybe to use RAM Mounts to mount the lights.
