Give it a try but make sure ur adjustment is right first. Step and release the brake pedal aggrssive a few time and at the same time spray WD40 on the switch. The spring pulling the lower switch contact slider likely partially 'jammed' with soiled road grins and dirt from wet roads and rain.:sian:

thank ah pek for replying, i tried before using WD40 but the problem back again.

can the spring or lower switch contact slider be changed?? the pedal oso quite stiff.

very troublesome everytime brake light jam or no brake light when step on rear pedal.

Are there any ways to raise the clearance height of the S4 Revo?

Seem to scrape over small humps or bang on the big sharp ones.

Its either our LTA lower the humps or take them away. Only Singapore road got humps just about anywhere to prevent accident. The other choice is to ride scamblers

Just curious, can a spec 3 headlight be fitted onto a spec 1? any modifications or special add-ons needed? thought of getting a spec 3 headlight fitted. its more brighter than a stock spec 1 headlight.

Not that ar bro.. its the way the headlight is design. I'm referring to the internal reflective thingy. For spec 3 headlight, from what i see it reflects more and brighter light than a spec 1 headlight.

No need to modify. There are shops selling spec3 look alike front potion headlight meant for spec 1. Spec 1 rear bowl & front headlight is diff from spec3 (fitting)

This is not clutch slip. Clutch slipping is when your rpm goes up and the bike doesn't move in any wear at speed above 50km/hr at least.:sian:

Clutch cable adjustment bad causing improper clutch plates engaement....likely due to stretch cable..close in the top fine adjustment screw first then adjust the bottom..not the top.:sian:
