park at hse void deck -summon letter

Recently my bike was summoned by Town council for parking at hse void deck. It was only a piece of letter saying wat time wat date u had offended and no summon amount. i am a season parkers due to last nite no slot to park and raining heavily i park at my hse void deck. So now i going to ask,

 

1) How much tat fine?

2) where to appeal since iam a season parker.

3) DID anybody have the same situation as me and wat is the outcome after appeal?

$100 tats too much, i definitely must get it waived. so u are not a season parker there is it? u never appeal ah?

i kena 3 times b4

1st time, is a piece of paper..... nothing happened (i assume is warning)

2nd time, 100$ ... i used underhand methods to appeal

3rd time, they summon, 2 days later, red letter send to home... tried talking.. the moment the person say -- U not 1st time hor........ i shut up, and paid.. and left

the summons was $100

then i tried calling but they prefered if you appeal through email..

so i emailed them..

 

in the end the summons was drop to $70... and dats it... no waived no nothing!

 

if you want waived... i think you must go through your MP.

got season parking can go appeal.

 

its a valid reason as the town council was unable to provide you with a proper parking lot even thou you have season parkin.

But it doesnt mean that you can park under the void deck becos there's no slot and it's raining heavily...

 

I ever kena once, not season parking ticket holder..Appeal thru MP, end result was to go get a month of season parking and they will waive off the whole amount for me..

whether you are season parker or not, does not permit the access of your motorised vehicle on such walkways, void decks and/or linked places

 

Whether it is raining or not also does not permit the access of your motorised vehicle on such walkways, void decks and/or linked places

 

So do appeal by all means but dont push your case becos you have none.

erm u can try this method coz it works for my frens town council,he had park his bike under the block and appeal with a reason that he left his bike under the block as there was petrol leakage from his bike tank and it was late at nite hence parking next to other bikes can be hazardous,

 

i dunno how he did it but he managed to get the fine waived:cheeky:

Last time when I just passed my license, I occasionally parked under my block void deck. Sure enough, I kenna that same slip of paper you have now. I went to appeal, saying that I park beside my neighbour house because my bike had some problem and he was helping me to fix that day. The fine was waived and a lesson learnt.

i did that to all my appeal. and majority successful.

bro me kena also before. u write a appeal letter, send to them. they will call u ask u if u got season parking it not? if got, u got higher chance of winning. if dont have, then sure kena. and when u reject and still want appeal,u go to ur mp. tell them ur bike spoil or wad, raining scared the water go inside damage part. the person will type out for u. and send for u. but even if appeal success, u have to pay 16$ + for administrative stuff. all the best.
