as for me.. as long ur bike got 2T in it. shldnt be any problem.

from wat i know. running in base on how u play wit ur gear.

might sum will tot running in will got do to wit engines etc.

but counted lucky alread, drizzle when i trying to get to shelter.

My bike wouldn't start this morning. Did my checks, engine on, fuel on, choke off. I on the choke, tried to start, still no ignition. Off and try again.. No ignition, I tried putting fuel on to reserve, try, still no ignition.

 

My neighbour came by, and asked if he can help.. He tried a few times, with choke on and off, he said it could be spark plug.. But he wondered why the case as bike's new.. So he say better to ask other aprilia riders..

 

What you guys think uh? The temperature shown on was at 48...

did you check the voltage of the battery? did the engine crank when you pressed the starter? as in did the RPM needle 'jump'.

Voltage remains at 11.8 and the RPM needle.. hmm.. it goes to 2 i think 3 max... and just refuse to ignite..

 

I tot if not enough petrol, it'll still start just that it'll die after? This one totally cannot ignite..

this happened to me a couple of times in the past month alone. problem lies with my carb being a 250cc bike carb - but yours is stock so i don't think our problem is the same.

 

maybe the spark plug got fried, like what your neighbour said. but from my personal experience, i was able to start my bike just that it dies immediately if i don't hold the throttle.

 

can you see the fuel in your tank? if there's even a little inside your bike should be able to start unless if it's totally empty including reserve.

How to check if it's really the spark plug fried? I can see the fuel in my tank.. Not empty.. can still see petrol in the tank lei...
