guys...i really need ur help now... my starter motor spoilt so cant electric start...hav to push start...when to workshop at amk juz now...he quote me $700!!!! WTF!!!! $700 for a start motor??? is it for real???cause the price he quote me looks like he's riping me off??? so before i do the changes...i would like to knoe the real price...im no master in aprilia...but $700 is a no go man...serious... help plz anione!!! thnks... :)

 

New starter motor is S$600. He is charging you a little extra for tax and labour.

 

Very cheap and reasonable. Stop complaining.

LOL.. yeah i know... I push-started my bike for a week once. Got pretty fit after that.

 

Maybe can take tang's advice, get a 2nd hand one at FM? I hear it's about $200-300 for a 2nd hand starter motor.

btw is it a die die must use aprilia starter motor?? is there ani aftermarket starter motor for aprilia... the workshop say must wait about 3-4 days...damn...

Today saw 3 RS125 and 1 SP at Yishun Dam at 5am. Was in maroon Honda Crossroad. Wanted to say Hi. Anyone from this forum was there?

Depends on which model you looking at, new or second hand, what plate. blah blah blah blah boo boo boo boo bleh bleh bleh bleh.

 

Try checking it out at some bike shops and tell mention here how much you're quoted, and definately someone here will tell you if its worth it or not.

Try looking at the scrapyard might be cheaper.

i wonder u guys fix alarm all that, heavy rain ur bike nvr go ''alarm crazy'' when water gets in the way..

 

even i after i wash my bike, kinda crazy starter auto start by itself.. lol!
