Hmmm.. all accidents are avoidable.. This is a lesson learnt... Dun repeat it again, and next time, listen and follow what is advised/taught by the more experienced riders...

 

Well, learn the bike before speeding, as speeding is meaningless without control..

 

i was the last rider but cant really see.only saw fitri jam brake n his bike endoed n flipped crashing down.probably the bike hit putra

i'm NOT EXPERIENCED rider. but.........................

no offence.. not juz control or understand your bike well. put ur brain into play when ur on e bike.

appreciate the situation around you. read car movement and if u feel u cant make it better dont. overtaking. not juz overtake and forget wat u overtake. u must remember wats behind u. and check mirror/blindspot at all times.

u dealing with many types of vehicles on the road. if u feel pressure when convoy, u think u scared to tailgating, better dont come close to your friends. ride at ur own comfort.

 

ride safe, yes. but if others not safe. u suay suay kanna.

 

again. wish putra recovery fast and his soul fight all the way till gets well.

oh and fit's bike did slam/hit putra...putra told me himself though he is half concious in the hospital...and if u ask me..the accident could have been totally avoided if we were all not speeding above the speed limit and kept our distance..sucks to see a friend getting into an accident and is in critical condition but lets all hope for the best for putra..

 

actually bro...all accident is avoidable if u think about it...about speeding...err...we all can speed...wad makes it dangerous is our safety distance...to be honest...before i brake i did see my speedo...n its 80km/p still in gear 2...its still above the limit is guess..i think it 60km/p rite for that road...

 

BUT wad ever it is...im juz glad tat putra is now recovering...n is good that he is not gonna suffer from long term injuries or permenant injuries...now tym will heal him...

 

juz remember...we all and i mean all of us....could be on tat bed that putra was lying on...so ya...let this be a learning point for all of us here in arc...cheers guys...ride safe...

well doc said one of his lungs is divided into 3 pieces no bones broken AFAIK only internal injuries.nope,not wearing any armour.i didnt know lungs also can be divided into 3 pieces.i thought its soft like meat,not hard like bone..

can i say something guys. this is going to be a lenghty one but pls bear wit me will u all

 

first and foremost now its not e time to play blaming game. wat u will get if we start to blame each other. remember things happened for a reason. Its always easy to put the blame on otherse but u think is it easy to put e blame on urself. ponder upon this for a while.i always believe we must learn to take lessons from wat had happened. initially i was asking wat if i was there. wat if and all those is useless now cos it had happened. tats y they say today is called a present cos u have to learn from e past.

 

firstly i always emphasize tat we keep in staggered formation and a safe following distance like tat time went we were at TPE. Putra got a habit of following too close and many times i had warned him. remember wat i said before u guys left e place.

 

Sham dont blame urself for wat had happened. remember wat i said to u today rite and how to improve urself to be a lead biker. and to all those ARC riders here, dont blame Fitri too. be empathatic(putting urself in his shoe) and tell me wat would u guys had done. At least be grateful tat Putra doesnt suffer any broken bones or metal to be inserted inside him and also be grateful tat he is still alive. After all Fitri only less than a month riding an RS125. He needs lots of guidance from us

 

Putra had fail to follow safe following distance tats y he had hit Yan's rite side causing Yan's bike rear frame to be dented and also causing himself to fishtail and fell. Partly he should also be blame but tats not e pt now. E pt i wanan emphasize is tat when things happend to a group of people, it will either break e group or make e group stronger. If any of u guys tat were involved tat day need someone to talk can always call me. i talk to some who were involved n i hope it helps.

khai. just to clear the air. putra hit yan on the 3rd lane. i was riding on 4th. he fell and rolled to the 4th lane. that was when i jammed brake and front flipped. if i swerve to my right i'll hit putra's bike. if to the left, i'll hit the curb. so i had no choice but to jam brake.

Would prefer that the group goes out stronger... Learn from mistakes, not dwell on it..

 

Mistakes are meant to be made for all of us to learn. It's not about finding out who's fault it is that things happened, but to know what went wrong and how to avoid similar mistakes and how to refrain it from happening again.

remember wat i said b4. if u decide to speed or anything its ur choice. not mine or others. but if anything happened, learn to accept e consequences. machine n man have to work to gether to get e desired outcome. i m no experience but i learnt alot from e years tat i been riding. it may not be much but it helps me sometime.

 

now lets all pray he recovers fast and back on e roads again. I seen many accidents before and seen many frens lost their lives on NSH or even on singapore road. learn to handle ur machines guys.

 

Fitri dont blame urself. If GOD wan u to fell u will fell no matter wat u try or did. If putra had practise the brake, check side and swerve this might had been avoided. remember one thing, BBDC teaches u the techniques to handle ur machine. its up to u on how to put it into practise. I can only advise but e end result its still in the riders hands.
