Anyone who needs parts feel free to piggyback.

Shipping is expensive cos PJ and other Europe websites use Priority Shipping which is the most expensive (but fastest) shipping service. So the bigger the order, the less everyone pays.

Order will be placed by 28 Feb 2010.

Closing date for payment is 27 Feb 2359hrs.

You have 5 weeks to make payment.

Late / partial payment will not be entertained.

Only orders that have full payment will be placed.

Additional costs like shipping and any fluctuations in currency exchange on the date of order (8 Dec) will be updated and must be paid upon collection of items.

PM me for my address and mobile number.

Once the transfer of funds have been made, SMS me in the following format:

Nick. Name. Your bank account number. Amount transferred.

Eg. lacrimosae. Lawrence. 153-18587-5. S$149.06

I may not be in Singapore when you SMS me so I may reply you anywhere between 1-24 hours. if I do not reply up to 24 hours, do not be alarmed. Just SMS me again. I will check my account and once the account numbers and figures match, I will reply you to confirm that I have received your payment.

Please remember that I am doing you a favour, so I will appreciate it if you do your own homework, ie. check out the website; parts availability; call PJ (Angela/ Luke) or Ultimate Parts (Martin) yourself for more information (I am not your concierge); do your own sums (includes currency conversion); and pick up your items from my home (either after it arrives, or during the DIY).

A DIY session will follow the next order, so that purchasers can fit their items on the spot.

Please also note that while I have spent many years tuning my own bike, I respectfully decline tuning carburetors for anyone due to liability issues. I can teach you how to change your jets, and how to fine-tune it. But I will not physically work on your bike.

Same reason for DIY- I will advise and assist, but you must Do It Yourself.

It's like packing your own parachute. Only you will do the best job with it.

If you want to treat me like your slave, I suggest you bring your maid along.

keep the spark plug under your seat.... just in case, your spark plug foul or something can replace on the spot.... Just go those hardware shop ask them for the tools to open the spark plug and keep with the extra spark plug under your seat....

Last time I did'nt do that and end up wasting $ to tow and just to change the spark plug haha because I did'nt know what was the problem also.....

Lawrence's almost there liao... :faint:

 Bro, what did you just say?? YOU NEVER DIE BEFORE IS IT????

But anyways rider125: if you want it glossy black... you can try doing it yourself... you must sand the paint and prepare it for the new paint and spray the new paint.... From there you decide how many layers you wanna do and to get the gloss, its all about the laquer layers... ( this is a very rough guideline)

Pardon my English, everyone here multi-lingual, I can only speak American.

David, I don't mean to keep pointing out your mistakes, but we all have to learn somehow, and I learnt about this the hard way too.

Using spray paint is wrong and probably the worst way to paint your bike. Here's why:

- Lacquer will crack shortly after exposure to sunlight

- The gloss finish of proper paintjobs is NOT LACQUER. It is actually a clear-coat paint finish. It is the same paint as the colored paints, but instead of being opaque, it is transparent. After painting, it is 'baked' inside an oven to cure the paint, ensuring the paint lasts

- Get a paintjob done by professionals, and it will last. If you have ever seen bikes with cracked paintwork, it is most likely spray can paint.

Believe nothing you hear; and only half of what you see.

Do or do not; there is no 'try'.

Haha well looks like there's a misunderstanding here.... like what I said, it was just a rough guideline.....

I did'nt ask rider125 to go buy spray can paint from Homefix or something and get sandpaper and start doing his DIY.... Maybe I did'nt express myself clearly enough....

If I really to teach step by step and rider125 wants to follow, then his gonna need loads of equipment.

I cannot say I am some professional but I have done my fair bit of airbrushing... Ask ize about my casing.. =)

No worries, rider125 please don't follow what I said earlier on.... like what lawrence suggest just bring to workshop do because they have everything there and they know what they are doing, most importantly....

Hey brother!! Must take good care of my bike ok :).

I think you just got to get used to the clutch and high rev ( about 3-4K) for 1st gear. I encountered this problem too and I thought it was issue with the egine and clutch plates. This is why I got piston+ rings and clutch replaced at unique.

Do a search on the web and you will see that most people have this common problem. Not really a problem but to get use to it. I was ok and able to fully use the clutch to move at slow speed in heavy traffic. Just remember to keep rev up to above 3k. RS125 no power at low rev.

Hi tknge, thank you for your reply.

Checked the rear brakes and its fine.

Problem might be as you mentioned.

Will check again regarding the chain roller rubber.

As for the clutch, I dont think its slipping.

When I throttle at gear changes, the bike moves.

Just that I cant seem to get the bike to move off stationary like the other bikes I used to own (NSR 150 and Ducati monster).

Dropped by First Motor today but Ah Seng is not around.

Was told he will be there tomorrow.

I guess I will have to go back tomorrow and get my bike fixed.
