How bout finding their telephone number and just give em a call?

We always had no problem with them. Everytime ordered parts thru lacrimosae, no issues watsoever apart from items not being in stock once in awhile..

Fit whatever carb you want as long you have the correct size inlet manifold to connect the carb to the engine..

Dont bother with the cone filters. Sounds nice, pulls somewhat nice. But the tradeoff for me was very high petrol consumption. From 25km/l it dropped to 13km/l

Very tideous job to tune the carb for it. Change a variable, test. Dont feel right, change another variable, test again..

Screw MotoGP la.. World SuperBike rocks... Much more exciting.

Regarding pod filter, Ize, i need to update you. Chung's bike with the pipercross pod filter resulted in a FC of 14.5KM per litre. His 34mm carb was running on a 165 main jet. I just upped the main jet to 168 before installing the same filter. My FC was 19.5KM per litre, a drop from 24KM per litre.

The only difference is that Chung's bike had the Vforce 3, which i chose not to install. Will try with Boyseen reeds in abt 2 weeks time. :)

Nge, btw, thanks alot for the info. I consulted Lawrence as well, and he explained to me too. When you installing your Vforce 3? Would appreciate your feedback plus your FC.

What's the current settings for your carb?

EVERYONE, check out this cool link. On how to answer a good question with a good answer.

And my bike is fully stock too. Still using the original reeds that came with the bike. When I reverted to airbox, my fc went back to 25km/l but it wasnt an instant change..

Stock is best. Unless u know how to 'play' with ur throttle and rpm then u can fully utilise the use of the cone filter. Or if u have quite deep pockets to spend on petrol. Just my 2 cents worth. :cheer:

No pro. May be next month as Apr I m tight with work. Currently running quite rich as my exhaust tip still quite oiling but plug still looking good. FC about 25~28 km/l. As for current setting I can't remember liao but definitely about 2 steps higher than original setting. I will check it out again during my next strip down, I like to know it too. It was replaced by Ideal last time when I replaced with new piston, Ah Boon said to run rich first to let piston ring to sit in then return back to original settig but i just lazy to change it back.:angel:

Hi all, want to group buy new model dunlop tire? You may not need it now but sooner or later you still need to change right?:)

The new model is Alpha-12, replacing current Alpha-10 & 11. Sin distributor also has not receiving any newest Alpha-12 from the agent yet. You also hardly find it in the web yet as it is very new. It has multiple compound that improve over the old 10 & 11. It has 7 segment compound across the tire surface that is to say center is hardest and gradually softer to the side. I can get a good price may be around 240~260 a pair if group buy response is good. The old 10 or 11 is about 280~310 on the market now. Let me know how interested you are.:thumb:
