Okay looks like we have significant interest in the chainsaw massacre (of derelict metal) outing. Just pick a location and day!

How come I go cannot find!!!! I only found 2 that were for cars, bikes they said they don't keep, because they will ship them overseas to 3rd world countries.

Things that I saw there includes forks, block w/ pistons, tyres, rims, meters, fairings, exhaust system and more.. but most of the stuff there as expected were from COE'd vehicles. I am riding a relatively new bike so I didn't managed to spot any sparks/x1rs parts there. So if your bike is quite new, kinda' a waste to come down.. (unless ur hoping to savage parts from an accident vehicle)

 

Lots of rxz/wave/125z/super4/400cc sportbikes spares there. I am guessing anyone riding a bike that been around for close to 10 years stand a fair chance of finding something they want there...

Okay here goes, although I have not gone to a scrapyard yet we have those who've been there as navigators!

 

1st SBF Scrapyard Invasion

 

Date: TBC, tentatively 14 August, Saturday

Time: Breakfast at 9am, then convoy to scrapyard. Raid away till they close.

Venue: Sungei Kadut (Kranji industria area)

 

 

They do open on Sat right?
