Seem to be a 3D2N trip stop over at Genting.

Quite a number of viewers but jokers alot as well,sharing all kinds of weird stuff like family problems and not enough $ to buy bike so hope I can discount alot alot ..haizzz..1 most ultimate,offer me 1K and say the rest installment in 5years!!(don't process thru bike shop)Bike left 2yr10mth how to instal 5years??! I straight take key and balek kampong.

wan to strip the front of my bike to fit new windshield thanx~~

 

No need workshop manual lah.

Just buy 'uncle' a meal and he can strip the whole bike for you. hehe.

 

Anyway, SW-T the front Y-cover is easy to remove:

 

1. Just 2 screws at the left and right.

2. Then slowly push the cover downwards to dislodge it.

3. The bottom is just attached/clipped to the main body without any screws/locks.

The last round, stripped (bodywork) to bare. Tedious and hope not to do that again. Stripping is not the most difficult; assembly is due to the need to use the correct screws.

Actually, SW rides like a cruiser due to the long wheelbase and angled floorstep in front, minus the gear shifts and wind blast. I always ride it like one

So far had tried to look for compatibles but no luck. Finally got mine at FJT for $60. Felt like a carrot. Installation is simple, just remove 2 small clips.

for those thinking of trying out the Amsoil juice, they're running a GSS promo now.

last thing i remember it was going for $18.50 per quart bottle.

SW needs abt 3 bottles... 2.2 litres (2.32 quarts) for engine oil sump, 0.3 litre (0.32quart) for final drive, with some spares for "flushing"

So okok lah $60 minus off all the things need to do ordering online hahaha. But fixing is gonna be a hassle is it just the connection from seat to strut and strut to body frame? Seat stays up when open and there's a boost at the end of the extension. If you follow the link, it's a direct Honda part.

 

Top clip is easily removed by hand. Bottom best to use long-nose plier.

Hi, my sliverwing 400 magnetic coil is spoilt. How much is does it cost. I called fjt. They qoute me 300 for the Coil

ah choong he quote me total repair with the coil without oil change is 400. I been doing repairs with him and he helps me a number of times when my bike break down and basically nice uncle.

 

Currently in ns. Pay 480 only. Sian man. I thinking either repair with ah choong or i buy and ask how much for labour or any body know any shop that is cheap and reliable.. Dont really dare to ask uncle choong to guve discount. Lol. Pai seh.

I would suggest you go through this diagnostic before concluding it's a coil problem cos many things to dismantle.
