I also a driver for my gf... almost everyday... she wear skirt to work daily. The only way we can do is prepare a jacket to cover lor...

i agree with scooby, go for comprehensive, regardless u hav pillion or not. 1 impt thing as mentioned by scooby b4 is dat sw parts r very expensive.

My current insurance is 3rd party fire n thief cost abt $310 (after NCD) if upgrade to comprehensive was quote abt $470 (after NCD). The different is abt $160... so i request to upgrade over the phone. They will call me back tml to confirm the top up premium i needed.

Huh? is lidat one ah? If u din continue own a bike, the NCD will gone de ah? i tot as long as you cumulative 3 years (forgot), whenever you own bike then got NCD deduction?

no leh. they got so call cooldown period de. if u discontinue the ownership of the vehicle for dun know how long, the ncd will be reset.

Hi everyone, thank you for your sharing and thought...

 

Today managed to pillion her, tho she abt 50kg only, the bike become so heavy and handle feel even more 'loose/soft'. Stopping also become more shakey. Is this normal? Anyway, told her better let me get to know my bike more first...

 

Actually if can get used to it, pillion using SW is not too bad, not too much physical contact unlike naked bike like gsr.. also got side bar for pillion to hold so, totally no contact also possible... And yes, lady must wear pants, otherwise difficult lah...

 

btw, the pillion foot rest can take up to how many kg? pillion need to step on it to get to the back seat, don't know will break or not...
