full tank i clock 285km, is it normal or it has to be more?? and also my fuel light is not light up when the last bar starts to blink, is it suppose to be this way??

Got fuel light mah? I think that 1 is fuel pump problem light bah. No light up unless got problem.

 

Normal for reserve light to blink around 280-290km.

Usually will mean still got 4L of petrol left.

Nothing is wrong..... SW Euro/JDM don't have the fuel light to light up one.... when left the last bar it will start blinking, meaning is time to pump up liao. Like SW9000 mentioned, last bar start blinking, there is a balance of 3-4L remaining.

my fren juz sign for the optic fiber plan from M1 a week ago. i heard my fren told me dat other than the $2 rental a month for the router, still have to pay wat installation or other fee on top of dat de. in the end he bought a router himself. i'm not sure abt dis as i'm using singnet...

no need so jialat la... SW's reserve got about 4L so if you know your bike's average FC (always good to know you bike's tempers and appetite), can still ride comfortably for another few 10s of km before breaking sweat

e.g. if avg FC is abt 23km/L, can ride for another 60+km after blinker comes

light indicators below the speedometer are mostly for sensors (except the V-Matic which goes on distance). what SW9000 meant is when you see a light, chances are there's something wrong with the bike.

5 indicators from left to right:

* ABS engaged indicator... our SW mostly non-ABS so won't light up

* parking brake engaged indicator... make sure it is off when moving off

* PGM-FI malfunction indicator... flashes when there's abnormality in FI system, also lights for a few seconds and then go off when the ignition switch is turned ON and the engine stop switch is at RUN. if on at any other time, time to go workshop liow. was told also light up when batt is "bad".

* V-matic indicator... lights up every 24k km, reset will do

* high beam on indicator... when on high beam

 

2 light indicators between fuel and temperature gauges:

* left = low engine oil pressure indicator

* right = high coolant temperature

any of these light up while riding means something is wrong... better check.

If offered price is better than bike shop's (13K++) for a less-than-1yr SW-T400, there might be 1 owner interested to let go. * Note a brand new SW-T is around $18k++.

They said the Toy Train is a good experience.

1. Train from Delhi to Kalka then Toy Train to Shimla. *2 nights.

2. Bus to Manali and rent bikes. *2 nights.

3. Ride to Leh (Keylong 1N, Pang 1N, Diskit 1N, Leh 3N)

4. 1-way flight from Leh to Delhi. *SGD$165

5. Delhi local tours (3 nights).

6. Flight back to SG.
