i oso kena 4 pts for crossing chevron line (road divider) few yrs ago when i was working in tuas. the mata juz note down our numbers by pen & paper...

btw, recently, sometimes there'll be a mata with pen & paper, taking down vehicle numbers at the junction from brickland road turning right to bukit batok road. he is on the pathway on the left side at the traffic light. beware if u r driving and making an illegal right turn on the centre lane.

yup... i saw the mata there a few times too.

that's why nowadays i'ld rather make a detour via KJE towards corporation road, longer but usually faster cos no need to get stuck at that junction (unless make illegal right turn) plus all that traffic lights.

bike still ok. if by car, detour seems to be a better option. dis morning, the whole stretch of bukit batok road jam and not moving. it even took me 15mins to clear till PIE...

for those who r driving and got passengers, strictly DEMAND them to put on their seat belts. fail to put on seat belt for each passenger oso applicable to get fine for $120 and driver gets the 3 demerit points too. imagine 2 ppl behind kena, driver gets 6 pts deducted. not sure if there's any changes made since my last knowledge...

anyway its for their own safety. last time if my passengers dun put on, i juz wait there, not moving. either they get off my car, or they give up & put it on.
