AN650L3 (current): All mod transferred.

SW-T400 (till oct 13): voltmeter, safety features disabled. coocase v36+remote. Adjustable, folding Brake levers. Givi AF318 windshield. on-off switch(pilot light, head light, hazard light), electrical seat unlatch,Dr pulley.

AN400K6 (apr07-dec11): side deflectors, J Costa variator, Dr pulley slider + HiT clutch.

YP250, RVF400/RS250, NSF125.

SWing mirrors not that big mah... Also, certain adjustments to the stem sweep angle will enable you to see better w/o extenders. Lucky I played around with the angle before committing to buy extenders...

Just realised my 4 year old is developing a slight leak at the right crankcase cover.

 

This is how it looked like, with small black oil deposits and a oil-stained exhaust header:

Common problem. Intend to make a gasket instead of using high temp silicone as don't trust my gluing skills.

You intend to DIY? Mine has the symptoms too. Would be doing it on my coming EO change.

OK, when you want to do? Will go and get EO from First Motor. Was thinking of trying out RockOil for my next EO change.

If I can get the gasket material fast, will do this Friday.

Anyone knows how ACM charge for labor if we bring our own oil?? I wanna change the oil filter and final transmission oil. Maybe clean the CVT area and replace any tear and wear.

Patch up the engine case with high temp silicon is 50.

Cleaning of transmission is 35 with petrol.

Anybody knows whether SW has a closed loop O2 lambda sensor? Reason I asked is when I disconnected the battery for more than an hour sometime back to source for e replacement, bike felt very responsive after putting back the battery. Now feels back to normal. If SW has a closed loop system, it would have adjusted the fuel mapping over time. I do notice there's a "plug" on the exhaust after the header.

 

The plug is a $100+ O2 sensor 36531-MEF-D01 for FJS. JDM is different.

Yes, wear and tear but typically can last very long, like 100kkm.
