to the more seasoned 530 riders.....I can't seem to find the type of bulb that is used on the 530....i know headlight is H11. then the auxiliary one in the middle? and the rears bulbs are type????..... sorry if this was discussed before.

Hi all. Sorry to hijack this thread.

I would like to ask a few qn.

1. Is it easy to squeeze in tight traffic?

E.g cte during peak hours

2. Is it a fun scooter for daily usage?

E.g kopi session, work, school.

coming from a 2 year TMax 530 rider:

1. comparing to a 2b bike, NO. Even squeezing through carpark barrier, got to be careful of the mirror hitting the barrier. But still squeezable.

2. if long distances via expressway, yes. Short distances, no, cos the battery life will be shorten and when it doesn't start, there's goes a hole in your pocket plus alot of inconvenience, unlike bikes which can kickstart. Also, at normal arterial roads, when jam, the bike gets hot and the fan turns on, something I'm not comfortable with as my feeling is the bike is getting overheated.

The centre small bulb is T10. The rear is LED.

A lot of naked bikes like CB400 or sports bikes like R1 also have heat issue. But for scooters, the heat is only on our foot or at least my xciting 400 is. But when I rode CB400, the heat is near my important asset which is super comfortable

 

But after riding maxi scooter for 17 days, I find scooters generally too tall for my liking. If stuck in jam, I could barely move. I m considering changing back to CB400
