np.. so far i've only visited sunrise for minor2 things such as change of lightbulbs and change taillight.

hi guys,new Gilera Rider here,just got mine yesterday,its seems that finding a good service place is very hard to find eh ?Just want to ask if there's any places to get parts/accesories for our bikes?and for starters,im looking for side view mirrors,and a mini/small head visor since i took out the stock one,quite ugly?saw some visors damn cool..mine is 2005 model,i know mine is quite OLD but still so far so good,no problem at all..everything all serviced..PLease help?Ah boy got sell any good parts accesories for Gilera's?

Fuel consumption is estimated between 22-24km per liter of petrol. Change of belt, u-clip and rollers takes place every 12,000km. Hope this answers your question. As for maintenance wise cost... it varies from workshops to workshops.

Full service which includes belt, u-clip, rollers, engine oil, spark plug, etc will cost u around $170. But do take note u do need to to periodic maintenance. I do mine at every 3000km.

 

First 3k - engine oil & spark plug

 

6k - engine oil, gear oil, spark plug, oil filter, roller

 

9k - engine oil & spark plug

 

12k - full service

Sorry bro. I don't remember the name of the brand. Definitely it's not engine ice cos mine is pink in colour.

That's just my preference. So far it's been good. Only wear and tear and in my case, sometimes the wear and tear can be quite major. FX plate maaaahhhh....

 

Anyway, you might want to try to download the Haynes Manual for Gilera Runner. Got lots of nice info on maintenance for your bike.

Hi people.... Need some help from you guys.

Bought 07 Gilera st200 4mths back but at times it will tend to jerk/vibrate at low speed and up the slope for about 1-2 seconds and smooth after the speed had picked-up. Anyone know what cause this problem?

I tried changing the "belt, U-ring, roller, spark plug and engine oil" and everything was fine but after about 800-1000km, the jerking/vibration came to visit my bike again...

if u like to totally solve this problem... u should consider replacing the torque spring to the 7 coil ones. =D call me if u need help.
