Dear Burgwoman 650, I am writing to tell you I cant love you anymore. I am falling in love with the new Sym 600. She may not have the twin that you have afterall she is still single. She may not have that final drive that you have because she is wearing belt making her look light and small. I hope she is as strong as you because after all she is 40kg lighter but I am just hoping.

I hear so much about sym 400. i hope sym 600 is not as thirsty as you Burg 650. almost 15-17km/litre (executive model). older model was recorded as 20-25km/l (not to sure if reliable because SW 600 drinks around 16km/l also) but because Sym is after all a single, she would probablyy drink less.(its important you know in this days and age.

I am trying to erase my memories of you Burg. but its difficult. I still remember the late night humps we experience. I remember your smoothness and your lovely purr when i was on top of you riding on the lonely street. i love it when you slide your eyelid (shield) to protect me.

2013 model clocks 20km/L.... its much better than sw600 - actually only 14-15km/L depending on "wrist-factor"

prob not diff coz L denotes production yr only. dont think theres any upgrade so soon after the L3 launch.

I have called GH on the arrival of next batch of 650 and was told their indent is currently in production. Will arrive around late Jan or early Feb.

 

Apparently was told no difference except that the S logo is different.

Me n Maiker are the only ones in the forum that rides the burg 650 2013..

 

My milage now around 1800km.. simple review..

 

Pros:

Comfy for rider n passenger

Smooth n quite

low seat

lots of leg room

big storage

Quite nimble despite size

foldable mirrors

low maintenance

Nice design

*manual mode on scoot

*underseat storage doesn't feels like oven.

 

Cons:

Heavy to push around and to get off the mainstand.

Fuel consumption can be as high as 15km/l depending on riding style n condition (lowest seen 24km/l)

small tank 15L

Not many shops that can competently service this bike.

*panels are a ***** to remove! 3 tabs broken thus far. remove backrest alone has to 4-5 pcs .

*compact internal. wire looms length just nice only. tmd no allowance!
