hi guys,i'm new to gilera..got an vxr 05 n i notice the engine area start to vibrate when i reach around 60-70km/h..any help..

does cleaning the carb changes its speed also?

My Runner 180 cant start :

 

Shop boss says (KENG HOCK Motor- 594 Geylang Rd Lor 33)

- most prob change "dian ban" & motor coil

- not sparkplug prob

 

Any1 advise how much to change

- "dian ban" (motherboard?)

- motor coil

STARTER MOTOR Worn 'T ROTATE

 

Blown fuse

Low battery voltage

Faulty starter relay

Faulty, damaged or corroded connections on starter button

Wiring open, damaged or shorted

Main ignition switch faulty

Starter motor faulty

STARTER MOTOR OPERATING BUT ENGINE WON'T TURN OVER

 

Faulty starter pinion or starter gear assembly

Engine siezed(due to excessive wear, abuse or lack of lubrication)

NO FUEL FLOW

 

No fuel in tank

Fuel hoses trapped, clogged or kinked

Fuel tap clogged, diaphram split or vacume hose damaged

Carb. jets clogged

NO SPARK OR WEAK SPARK

 

Battery voltage low

Spark plug defective or worn out

Plug cap or HT lead faulty

CDI faulty

HT coil defective

Ignition switch shorted

Wiring shorted or broken

Yo am back again.

 

My runner SP180, heat meter shows overheat (red lvl) when i run bout 500m only, wad could be e cause? Happens since last nite.

COE bike? you intend to keep it for long?

If you want to keep, get it overhauled

the fuel charger is inside the tank or along the fuel line?

if along the fuel line, maybe its not secured properly. just do a visual check
