guy just nw went out den keep high rev the bike nw the engine got ta ta ta ta sound

, got problem liao issit can help me

or ride too long is like that can't really hear where to sound from

because the pipe too loud

 

just reach 2k millage onli

 

u all overhaul because of wad?

 

well my bike had the ta ta ta sound...which came from the engine...

but u have to monitor to see if still have the sound or not...maybe stone or what only...

 

wishing u the best of luck...a possible reason is if ur milage is only 2k,a proper run-in was not adhered to...but anyways see how it goes 1st and update...

Guys any idea should brake pad be change yearly or not necessary? What are the visual check on the brake pad huh?

 

If front brake need to depress more to engage is it good or bad...

 

they are abit costly my dear...hee...

 

when u look at ur brake calliper from the side, u can see ur pad already...

if u see 2 shiny pieces den u have a problem...u can see the layer of rubber on the metal piece on, so if it is thining den its time to change...

 

since the day i got my bike, my front brake has been pissing me off...

the 1st day, i could depress all de way and the bike was still moving...

currently its my brake pump dat is giving the prob...

 

am scheming now to do something un-orthodox bt abit low in cash now..will update upon completion...

I thought of trying Hel Brake Hose, but dont know the price yet. Then get flower disc brakes. Calliper idk yet leh. Brembo? Buttttttt, i scare people itchy hands.

it bcos b4 that already got ppl rode b4

and they are dragging gear 1 - 2

LOL reached 500km already yesterday. Now 600km already! It's gonna be so long till 1500km man. ):

 

 

Manual booklet instruction to break in until 1000km, how come u doing till 1500km?

 

2nd hand aprilia brake calipers and floating disc are a rare source to find...

 

Floating disc 4 wat? Purpose, difference? Cosmetic or 2 improve braking?

If u choose 2 buy cheap raincoats, 1 tip dat can help is 2 apply 3M silicone spray...U can buy it at DIY store, hardware shops...

hey bro... wad you want to do on your engine? do engine means higher fc... you want to fully mod your engine? bigger piston, block, big head clyinder valve..... or normal modding?

 

juz normal modding.. V.noob in 4 stroke engine lehh.. is the modification same as 2 stroke??.. if the speed can reach 150-160 happy liow..

well..Not much..juz got the bike..almost 1 mth.. juz fix air horn, givi grips, balancers, rewrap seat..etc2.. all those outlook stuffs la.. planning to do up the engine too.. anyone here mod their x1-r's?
