yea mac delivery heh heh. toygraff got into an accident and his front rims dented so he needs a new pair of rims, so i sold him my stock ones for cheap. poor kid. unlucky day for him i guess. been there done that. the last time i got into an accident, i had to ride without any brakes in the rain. hahaha.. im using 8 legged ones now which i bought from forum

Rainy Day Got Screeching Sound Also Not Good. It Means Your Brakepads Are Cheap. Used To Encounter It On My X1. Everytime Brake, Sound Like Bicycle. Got The "POOOOON" Sound.

Well, I thought sometimes dirt or something got stuck in the brake pad. Thus making the sound. All it need is a wash. That is what happen to my previous bike.

One more thing, I'm sure u guys seen those colored levers (yamaha) on bikes.. I changed mine to the blue one and someone commented that the clutch lever is sharp enough to cut the clutch cable..

 

Anyone had that experience?? Now thinking to change it back to stock..

yes...the inner coupling that fits into the clutch lever itself is pretty 'sharp'..my clutch cable snapped while i was going to jb quite some time back. was with a few s-poly riders..from jb custom push my bike to lorong bapok..lol..but that was on a 125z la. lolol:cheeky:

Yes Its Sharp. I Encounted Clutch Cables Snapping Three Times In A Week When I First Changed It. I Went To JB And The Bikeshop Used A Grinder & Made The Inside Abit Smoother & Rounder & Its Done. No Need To Change Back To Stock.

Firstly get your rims. I think koyote aka jordan is still selling his rims. Give him a call.

Next for towing depend on bike shop, can't go over 50 dollars.

Then need to install the rims at bike shop. At most 30 dollars.

So total about less than 200 dollars

 

my rims and tires already reserved , not jb types cause mine is the up size version so not cheap also front rim can use as rear rim already mine .

No such thing as original racing footrest. Its just the machining process. They simply etched the yamaha logo and wordings when machining the footrest hence why there is also a WYR racing footrest with the same exact design and dimension.

Its a hit and miss thing. I have used many aftermarket levers on other bikes and only once I experienced it. Just need to chamfer or round off some of the edges.

All you need is a file to file the sharp edges off and the basic tools to first remove your levers...

Yeah. However you have to have a good eye for pinpointing the area where it is sharp and will cut your cable. You do not want to be filing here and there but end up with the same result.
