Im not sure, im gonna change my engine oil and spark plug soon and see if it's gonna make a difference..

 

 

 

 

hi,jus sharing my opinion.its got nthing to do with the eo or the spark plug.its ur carb.i experienced once lastime.mine was much more worse.my bike will have a hard time starting up its engine even though after a long ride ride with it.its very puzzling sometimes.i decided to wash my carb in an trial and error case.and it was it.=)

I am just assisting in organising the gathering..

Hi fellow x1r riders! I just got my x1r a few weeks back and my mileage is almost reaching 500km.

1)Should i send it for servicing ie. change EO, oil filter and wtv else that you guys can recommend me to service, or wait for 1000km before i send for servicing as what HL agent said.

2)Also, what kind of EO is recommended as my bike is still running in?

3)If i change to HEL steel brake line, my bike wont need brake fluid is it? Correct me if i'm wrong.

Just follow the manual. Dont listen to what other people says. Its your bike. Its your money. Because anything go wrong, these people will say another tale.

 

At the minimum level, you need to change the engine oil and oil filter only. The rest no need. As your bike still running in, DONT REUSE THE OIL FILTER! Some mechs will suggest to wash and clean the used oil filter so that you can save some money. DONT LISTEN TO THEM

 

2)Also, what kind of EO is recommended as my bike is still running in?

 

Follow the manual recommendation. Anyway you need to go back to the shop where you bought the bike from, isn it? So that the warranty stays valid? Most shops will provide some kinda of deals for buyers and I dont know what deal do you have with them

Brake fluid is the basic functionally for the braking system to work. No matter what types of brake line you change, they requires brake fluid to work

Hey guys. I just got a new gpr pipe replaced from a recent accident and it has to be send to inspection.. but the problem is my bike is running on SP carburetor with no airbox.. and us may know, the sound is abit abnormal.. think it will matter?

Should be less than 30rm maybe 20 if u can find. Make sure the fella doing it got skill cause they need to shave and cut it to fit it on ur bike, then drill a hole for the 2 top screws
