anyone knows how much it is to do a full mod ( pistons , gears , block etc etc exclude exhaust) for a clutchless spark 135 ?

 

if money isnt an issue but reliability is ...which shop (either singapore or JB) would be recommended ?

What could it be due to?wiring?

That would not be normal on any bike sadly.

Hi guys,my rpm for the koso meter fluctuates at times when it is idling.from rpm 1 odds it sometimes jump to 3.is that normal?

Yeaaap its high chance the wiring connection.

I tried changing the spark plug DIY just now morning. Yeap right la if the pipe is bend due to not fixing the right side fairing properly high chances the engine will die. Then cannot start after that. I experience it just now morning. After changing the plug then I fix the fairing. Then start the bike and let it idle. A while only then it dies off. I tried press the electric starter many many times also cannot start.

 

Then I open back the fairing and start. Can already. Slowly I figure it out myself on how to fix it correctly. Really need time. At last can already. Hahaha. Now I know already how.

 

Trial and Error also can. Now got experience easy already.

I think, just a wild guess, he is refering to the spark plug cable?

Near to the radiator cap there is a rubber pipe leading down going to the other side of the engine. When you put back the fairing right hand side if not properly it will bend the rubber pipe which will cause problem cannot start the bike.

What i would suggest is u go back to the shop that installed for u the koso meter n cdi & state the problem ur facing.. By just stating u hav this problem here would not help that much.. Hope this helps..

Check your batt voltage level. If its below 12v when you on the ignition, get it changed.

Im using rextor dualband.and yes apparently after i switch to my stock cdi,starting's a breeze.i double confirm by fixing the cdi on my friend's spark and his couldnt start as well.well i have 1 month warranty from shop.but gotta go over the causeway to claim.gotta claim cuz it cost 380rm :/

Cdi is a electronic parts. If you lucky den no problem.. if u not lucky u will get a spoilt one.. you cant tell from the look only got to try den know.. haha as
