Hi Guys, anyone knows what's the problem when the bike is unable to start after a Loud 'POP' sound?

Spark plug was changed 3 weeks ago.

Go bikeshop and tell them only that without letting them test ride or even touch your bike.

What is the difference between Dunlop tt900 and tt901?
Obvious is it not?

and also wrap seat in jb or sg is how much or buy a set cheaper ? ur know the price ?

wrapping seat i suggest you spend a little more and do it right the first time in singapore.

i wrap my seat in JB Ah Boy and in less then 6months, the foam is totally flat as it can be. i can even see the outline of the seat board. worst then the original seat cushion.

end up doing it again in singapore.

Hi guys.. I hope u guys can help me on this..

Previously my spark had this front wheel which feels wobble at high speed. Tbus change wheel bearing according to the mechanic. Problem still occour. Den change steering cone as mech says it might solve the issue. Problem still occour I change my front tyre which was previously using 70/90 michellin pilot. Change to 80/80 dunlop. Problem still occour. It feels worse when wet road.. it feels like the front wheel can make the bike drop anytime..

Wad can the problem be?? It happens when I rode the bike above 100kmh on road.

Im using racing boy rim btw and mech syas there no problme with it and no issue with rear wheel also.

not too sure about your problem. did your mechanic test drive your bike? it might be normal to wobble a bit.

anyway, how much did you change the steering cone bearing for?

Hi Guys,

Still new with my Sparkz 135 and need some advise.

Throttle seems having some probs(Slowly turn back to original position when it should snap instantly back to original position) and went to a bikeshop @ Toh Guan just a while ago. Was quoted $38 to change the throttle cable and had to leave bike there for abt 2 hrs for the change of throttle cable. Mechanic mentioned need to take out alot of fairings/nuts, thus the estimated 2 hrs for completion. Is the price reasonable?

Thanks in advance!

2hrs abit long, can be done in 15-30mins. Price wise is okay lah, throttle cable $10-20.

That was what i thought so too. Cable costs $10-$20 only? So the rest are labour charges ah....any idea how to change the cable ownself?

you can buy the cable yourself from yamaha parts distributor if you know how. please google and call if you thinking of asking where is the dealer and price.

i will try cleaning the throttle housing or lubing the cable myself first and see does it help. also, did you knock on the balancer? once i knock on the balancer while parking and cause the throttle to jam.

Already did check the balancer and don't seem to be the cause of it. It is not fully jammed. Just that its like having sand in the housing obstructing the cable to snap back instantly. I am trying to slowly learn more abt this bike as time goes on.
