as of 20th August 2009, quoted from Motoworld Singapore: +/- SGD 800 with installation. Inspection fees would be borne by customer.

is tinted headlights illegal? not the headlights actually.. the spark 135 "eyes" where the signal lights are.. if it is illegal.. does it mean if the bulbs there blow its illegal too? cos i find that mini lights even if dun have can see headlight can already rite? hmmmmm....
