anyway, my pipe is not legal.. got it from an expat werking in thailand.. here's a link to his bike.. he has already sold off his bike and now I heard he is in China..

for the cost of X1 Battery, If you want to get yuasa, should be ard $40-$45 from LAB.. im using a Singapore brand for 6 mths now.. $30 only.. so far so good.. cant remember the name thou..

i do slide forward sometimes.. but i blame it on my seat cover.. very slippery but easy to slide my butt cheeks left and right to corner.. hv nt scrap my footrest yet.. still learning..

 

my bike is fast only at traffic light.. I hv nt installed the modified carb yet.. i only put on the pipe for looks only.. if u dun want to use ur edurance pipe, den can lend me... (cheeky thoughts)

 

there are after-market pillion foot rest.. universal.. can use for all cubs.. maybe when we go in jb together, can see also.. just now i went in to recce for the jb shop recommended by SlapShot, an X1 rider also... nt too sure if i gt the correct bike shop coz its closed.. will check it out again and will ask all of you to join in...

no need to take out coverset.. locate your carb from the right side of your bike.. take your minus screw driver and try and locate the screw for changing the idling speed.. the screw shud be on the right side of the bike also.. try and turn the screws for a quater to check if its the coorect one, if not den unturn it back.. i will try and take a picture and upload for you to take reference ltr...

Thanks bro Sujak, i managed to locate the idling screw already. Bike keep dying at traffic lights, suspected idling too low. Went to increase the idling, hopefully will be better. Thanks for ur info anyway. Have a great day!

 

Good Job!... ACTUALLY, i like low idle because the bike will be quiet silent and does not vibrate much.. but the problem with it is that it dies quite often too, especially when moving off at traffic lights.. need to blow throttle den can engage the gear..

 

but now i decided to be safer and change the idling speed higher..

i need to service my fork also.. the oil is leaking.. i think the fork seal wear off liao.. and my suspension is giving me that rusting sound..

after my fork is done see the suspension how loh. if ok den i remain not changing lo. btw, what are the benefits of a 'branded' suspension? durability? anymore?

 

next thing i'm gonna do is to change my screws and nuts and my footrest and pillion footrest. but still looking around on what footrest to change to.

dirty fuel..could be one reason....check your petrol...if it is time to install a fuel filter.bikes getting old ...tank start to rust. u get the picture..

X1 Bros.. i have some stuffs to check you guys.. i saw a x1 FBA plate at redhill which is come with rear conversion disc brake, racing footrest, front oversize disc brake, fast throttle selling at 1.6k machine price.. is it ok with the bike with these stuffs?? Rear conversion is it good and easy to brake with pop racing footrest?? Btw they quote me OTR is 2150.. is it worth??
