when press the horn , use hand to feel if the horn plate got vibrate or not..if no vibration,maybe the connection come out only..if got mean no spoil..maybe battery weak

Update! : nothing vibrates lei :/ booo.. battery is quite new thou , 1mth plus only

the old school fairing , i dk where to find alr. good luck with that

they make the rear "hump" with fibre glass.

or u can go eugene, for 60+ he can do it for u..

but is just shave foam and rewrap.

doubt u need a rxk specific hub.. but yes. u need a hub with disc mount.

U just need a bigger triple tree clamp. 120/80 is very big. RXK biggest i see is 90/90. U can only do so much 'Jap Mod' on the CG. Why dun u make yr bike like the Dream 50?

Back to my intention,

 

how accurate is the speedo for this bike ? Because I was only riding phantom before so I kinda got used to the large inaccuracy of a phantom lol. CG wise is it slightly similar or ?

 

At higher speed (say above 110 to end point), I feel the bike kinda shaky. Is it normal? feels like its gonna fly =X

 

BTW, those items like the crank case, engine block casing etc etc, can it be changed ? Via DIYing. Is it just simple bolts and nuts ? I never dared to try since I'm afraid I might displace some things =X Sorry nublet here.

 

So wanna meet you guys for some chit chat and learn some DIY xD

yes to original look

your balls will shrink when it reach 90km/h-i hit 110km/h thou

do not do it DIY,unless you got place to dispose away the used engine oil.

the side engine covers are easy to remove and install.. there is nothing for the left side.. the ride side however is way more complicated.. what i did was remove the clutch cable and than masked everywhere i didnt want to spray .. wasnt really covering everyting but its mostly black.. the bottom i dont know if its black, cant see.. Anyway the side casing do not need high temp paint. normal paint will do .. cause it does not hit high temperatures like the exhaust headers or block.

 

im still doing up my cg.. trying to go for tracker/cafe look .. but the bike still feels like stock. have to change the fenders for a better outlook. and of course the paint work.

 

i cleared the meter on mine. 120. bought from united. do not know how accurate it is . but its quite fast imho. DO NOT TRY IT THOU!. push rods are not meant to be "pushed" this hard. usually cruise at 80-90kph .. no problem still quite tolerable.

Check ur steering cone + tires and rims. should not vibrate very badly.. cant ride this bike about 100kph lah. the brakes cmi.

I always ride 110 to clearing meter =X But it's a nice bike. Light sweet nimble~

 

I'll see if I can just do masking around and paint =X Since I'm going black at the bottom. See how far I can go.

wiring is relatively easy. if u know what ur doing . label them before u unplug.. there are tons of connection inside and i dun know why. for the headlight u might have to slice the wires open and connect it directly. or u can find the crimp and crimp urself. i connect it directly. signal same thing..

kwang kwang im back with a cg!! start re-doing it again!! =DDD do help out guys if know how to fit a bigger tire in a fork.
